The Bear 2.0 ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Project is Mercer’s coordinated effort to replace our current administrative applications system (better known as SIS, FRS, HRS, etc.) with a single, streamlined computing resource. Campus Management's One Campus Ecosystem has been selected as the new enterprise product. Mercer has purchased the following One Campus modules:
- CampusCRM for student marketing and recruiting – launched on September 14, 2009
- CampusVantage for finance - launched on October 5, 2009
- CampusVantage for HR and payroll
- CampusVue for admissions, academics, student accounting, and financial aid
- CampusCornerstone for alumni and university advancement
- CampusPortal for web-based activities for all of the products
The Bear 2.0 ERP Project will rollout the new integrated, streamlined, administrative system over several months. The new system is planned to be in full use by Spring 2010. Campus leadership and representatives from all campus are working together and are committed to making this transition as smooth and productive as possible. Questions about the Bear 2.0 ERP Project can be sent to Caren Kimenker, Mercer's project manager, at c.kimenker@collegiateproject.com. She will respond to you and post the question and answer on the project’s Q/A webpage. If you do not want your question posted, please let her know.
