Accessing CampusNexus

To log into CampusNexus:

  • Visit the Mercer Applications sign in page:
  • Enter your username (example: Smith_J) in the User name field.
  • Enter your password in the Password field. This will be the same password used to log in to your computer and/or email.
  • Select Sign in.

Note: In order to access CampusNexus off-campus, you must have VPN access. Click here for information on how to obtain VPN access.

Changing CampusNexus Password

You can change your CampusNexus password following the directions listed below. Reminder: Changing your CampusNexus password also changes the password for your computer and email.

  1. Log in to your office computer.
  2. Once logged in, press CTRL + ALT + DEL.
  3. Select Change Password.
  4. Enter your Old Password.
  5. Enter your New Password.
  6. Confirm your New Password.
  7. Press Enter. Once changed, the new password will become effective immediately.

If you need your password changed immediately and do not have access to your computer, contact the IT Help Desk.
