The Information Technology (IT) department facilitates all hardware and software purchases for Mercer University faculty and staff. All departmental purchases must adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Accounting Office.

In addition, IT maintains a list of vendors who offer favorable pricing on personal purchases for faculty and staff.

Products Available

IT handles pricing quotes and purchase requests for any computer hardware, software, or audio-visual equipment needed by Mercer departments. Mercer holds university-wide site licensing on select software for use on Mercer-owned computers. As a result, you do not need to purchase the following software packages.
