IT maintains a wireless networking system, by which the Mercer faculty and staff can access the Internet and other select network resources in certain campus areas.

Wireless Network Access
All faculty and staff must register their computers with the Information Technology Help Desk in order to use Mercer's wireless network. Please complete the following Wireless Registration Form (below). The registration process will be completed within one business day.

A MAC address is a unique identification code assigned to a network card by the manufacturer of the card. The address is 12 characters long, and each character is a number from 0-9 or a letter from A-F. MAC addresses may have colons or dashes separating the address into six pairs of characters (09:00:07:A9:B2:EB or 09-10-4A-B9-E2-A4).
