Show me information for Employees

Follow the instructions below to redirect your Mercer email messages to an external email account. (i.e., Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail).

Note: You must access your Mercer email using a desktop/laptop computer in order to perform the steps below. The settings will not be available on a mobile device.

  1. Log in to Office 365:
  2. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Mail from the list of links at the bottom of the menu.

  3. Click Forwarding, located under the Mail -> Accounts heading on the left side of the page.

  4. Select the Start Forwarding option and enter an email address in the field labeled Forward my email to.

  5. Enable the option Keep a copy of forwarded messages.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click the arrow next to Options in the upper-left corner of the page to return to the inbox.
