Students using Windows 7 must complete the Windows 7 Network Registration Form to connect to Mercer’s network. The current version of the Cisco Network Access Control agent is not compatible with Windows 7 at this time. When Cisco releases a compatible version of the NAC agent, then this registration process will no longer be needed, and students will once again be able to access the network via the Cisco NAC Agent.
