CampusVue Help

All employees who had access to SIS have access to CampusVue. If upon review, changes to your CampusVue security permissions are needed, please follow these procedures:

  1. Email your request to your dean or department director for approval, including the specific screen and data field(s) on the screen or report that you need.
  2. Forward the email approval to the appropriate CampusVue data owner for final approval:
  3. Upon final approval, the data owner will forward the request to the Mercer IT Help Desk for action: helpdesk@mercer.edu or
    x2922 (Macon) / x6310 (Atlanta).
