Follow the instructions below to clear the cache and cookies in Mozilla Firefox.
- Select the Firefox settings
button in the upper-right corner of the window.
- Then choose History.
- From the follwing menu, select Clear Recent History...
- From the Time range to clear dialog box, select Everything.
- Check the following options from the list of options:
- Cookies
- Cache
- Active logins
- Offline website data
- Click the OK button.
