Jamf Self Service allows you to install a variety of licensed software, updates and plug-ins on your Mercer-owned computer. Follow the instructions below to install select software.
- Open Mercer IT Self Service (Jamf Self Service). It can be lauched from the Dock or Applications folder.
- Select Log In at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter your username in the Username field. (e.g., Smith_JA)
- Enter your password in the Password field and click Log In. This will be the same password used to log in to your Mercer email, and MyMercer.
- From the left-hand menu, select Browse and Software.
- Click the Install button below the application you wish to install. The status will change to Executing.
