Computer Orders
All new equipment orders must arrive by June 30, 2023 to be processed and charged within this fiscal year. Therefore, we recommend you submit your computer order(s) by Friday, March 31, 2023.

Infrastructure and Audio Visual Projects
We are unable to guarantee the completion of any project request which has not already been submitted. However, we will work to complete elements (design, cabling, etc.) of projects this fiscal year if placed by Friday, March 31, 2023.
We highly recommend allocating funds in the next fiscal year for any project submitted between now and the end of this fiscal year.
