Follow the instructions below to clear the cache and cookies in Google Chrome.

In the top-right corner of Chrome, click the Chrome menu
button. - Mouse over More Tools.
- Then Clear browsing data...
- Select the Advanced tab.
- From the Time range dialog box, choose the All time option.
- Check the following settings from the list of options:
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- Finally, click the Clear data button.
