On July 1, 2022, all Zoom recordings over 180 days old will be automatically deleted. After this initial clean-up, recordings over 180 days old will be deleted at the end of each semester per the new Zoom Cloud Storage Policy. This will allow us to continue to offer Zoom storage to all students, faculty, and staff at no cost.
You can help by following the steps on our website to manage your Zoom cloud recordings. Further instructions for managing storage, including deleting recordings and saving recordings to an external source, are available on Zoom’s site.
