The IT department handles many software and hardware issues for the Mercer community. The IT Help Desk provides the following support services on student-owned computer systems:

  • Help you establish your connection to the Internet via the Mercer network (wired and wireless connections).
  • Assist you in accessing your Mercer email account.
  • Evaluation of problems with your computer.

Mercer IT can make recommendations on appropriate computer systems for prospective and current students. In addition, Mercer IT maintains a list of third-party vendors that provide favorable pricing (discounts) to Mercer students.
