  1. Click here to download the TeamViewerQS file.

  2. Run the downloaded TeamViewerQS file. The following window should appear:


  3. Tell your support technician the 9-digit number that appears in box labeled "Your ID".

  1. Click here to download the TeamViewerQS file.

  2. Run the downloaded TeamViewerQS file.

  3. Check the "I accept the EULA..." checkbox and select Continue.


  4. Under Screen Recording, select Open Screen Recording Preferences...


  5. Under Screen Recording, select Request Access...


  6. On the Security & Privacy screen, click the lock to make changes.


  7. Enter your credentials and select Unlock.


  8. Select Later to continue.


  9. Under Screen Recording, select the "TeamViewer QuickSupport" checkbox.


  10. Select Open System Preferences.


  11. Under Accessibility, select Request Access...


  12. Under Accessibility, select the "TeamViewer QuickSupport" checkbox.


  13. On the Security & Privacy screen, select Close.


  14. Tell your support technician the 9-digit number that appears in box labeled "Your ID".
