Mercer IT partners with Auxiliary Services to provide telephone services and support to campus housing residents.

Features, Pricing, and Fees (Macon)

Telephones are not provided in the Macon residence halls. Macon dorm and apartment residents may choose to order private telephone lines. Private telephone service includes caller ID. Voicemail may be set up at no additional charge, but the service must be specifically requested when establishing the new private line. Long distance services must be obtained through other means (e.g., a calling card). Macon campus RAs are provided a phone line, compliments of the Residence Life Department.

Private line service costs $316 per academic year and must be paid prior to installation.

A $45 fee will be charged if a student chooses to move from one room to another. A $30 fee will be charged for any checks that are returned from the bank for insufficient funds.

Features, Pricing, and Fees (Atlanta)

One phone line is provided in the living room of each apartment on the Atlanta campus. The cost of this line is covered by Atlanta Residence Life. Residents may order an additional private line in any of the bedrooms for an additional charge. Private telephone service includes caller ID. Voicemail may be set up at no additional charge, but the service must be specifically requested when establishing the new private line.

Private line service costs $474 per calendar year and must be paid prior to installation.
