Software Center allows you to install a variety of licensed software, updates, plug-ins, and operating systems on your Mercer-owned windows computer. Follow the instructions below to install the new operating system.
Before upgrading your operating system, we recommend you backup all important files to your OneDrive or network shared drive.
- Open the Start Menu, search for and select Software Center to open the program.
- From the menu, select Operating Systems and the Windows 11 - 24H2 Upgrade-in-Place link.
- Choose the Install button to begin installation.
