About CampusNexus Student
CampusNexus Student is a fully unified academic and administrative enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution used to service students at every stage and touchpoint of their academic experience, from admissions to alumni relations.
Accessing CampusNexus Student
New Employees:
If required, your supervisor will request CampusNexus Student access via the Employee Account Request Form prior to your start date. The Registrar's office must have a completed FERPA form (PDF) on file to approve access.
Existing Employees:
Complete the access for existing employee form via the IT Self-Service Portal to request new or modified access. The Registrar's office must have a completed FERPA form (PDF) on file to approve access.
Student Workers:
Complete the access for student worker form via the IT Self-Service Portal to request CampusNexus Student access. The Registrar's office must have a completed FERPA form (PDF) on file to approve access.
Logging in to CampusNexus Student via Windows
- Visit the Mercer Applications portal sign in page: https://muapps.mercer.edu
- Enter your Mercer username and password.
- Select Sign in.
- Select the CampusNexus Student Production application icon.
Note: If you are using multi-factor authentication (MFA) to log in to your computer, you will also be required to complete the MFA process when accessing any application stored on the Mercer Applications server. Simply, select the Show Details link (shown below), enter the 6-digit code listed under ADSelfServicePlus from the Microsoft Authenticator app into the Enter the codeā¦ field and select Continue.
- Enter your Mercer username and password.
- Select OK.

- VPN access is required to access CampusNexus Student from an off-campus location. Click here for information.
- Additional software is required to access CampusNexus Student via Mac. Click here for more information.
Logging in to CampusNexus Student via the Webclient
- Visit the CampusNexus Student Webclient sign in page: https://webclient.mercer.edu
- Enter your Mercer email adress and password.
- Select Sign in.
Changing CampusNexus Student Password
You can change your CampusNexus password following the directions listed below.
Reminder: Changing your CampusNexus password also changes the password for your computer, email, and MyMercer.
- Log in to your office computer.
- Once logged in, press CTRL + ALT + DEL.
- Select Change Password.
- Enter your Old Password.
- Enter your New Password.
- Confirm your New Password.
- Press Enter. Once changed, the new password will become effective immediately.
If you need your password changed immediately and do not have access to your computer, contact the IT Help Desk.
