Jamf Self Service allows you to install a variety of licensed software, updates and plug-ins on your Mercer-owned computer. Follow the instructions below to install select software.
- From the Dock or Applications folder, open Jamf Self Service.
- From the left-hand menu, select Browse and Software.
- Choose the Install button below the application you wish to install.
If the software application you need is not listed, log in to the IT Self-Service Portal and complete the Install Software request form. A member of our Help Desk team will contact you with further instructions.
