Software Center allows you to install a variety of licensed software, updates and plug-ins on your Mercer-owned windows computer. Follow the instructions below to install select software.
- Open the Start Menu, search for and select Software Center to open the program.
- Select the software you want to install from the list of Applications.
- Choose the Install button to begin installation.
If the software application you need is not listed, log in to the IT Self-Service Portal and complete the Install Software request form. A member of our Help Desk team will contact you with further instructions.
