Advisor listservs are created to address the need for student advisors to communicate with their advisees. The advisor is the only person who can send to the list. These lists are NOT included in the Outlook Global Address Book and must be addressed using “@lists.mercer.edu”.
The lists are formatted as follows: advisor_username-L@lists.mercer.edu.
Example: ADVISOR_SMITH_AF-L@lists.Mercer.edu
Note: that the list names are not case sensitive, and do not forget that there is an underscore “_” between advisor and username and a "-L" just before the @ symbol. The lists will be automatically updated nightly to reflect changes.
