Henry County Campus Internet Outage

AT&T has restored internet and phone services for the Henry County Regional Academic Center. Our Information Technology team has completed testing, and all systems are fully functioning. If you experience any issues, please contact the IT Help Desk at 478-301-7000, via email at helpdesk@mercer.edu or via our IT Self-Service Portal.

AT&T has provided an estimate that service is expected to be restored by 5 PM on Saturday, 9/13/2025.

The Henry Regional Academic Center is still experiencing an internet and phone service outage, which is related to a larger city-wide AT&T service provider outage. For additional details, see the update below.

9/10/2020 - 12:20 PM:

The internet service provider for the Henry Regional Academic Center, AT&T, is currently experiencing technical issues. As a result, both internet and phone services at the center are unavailable at this time. Staff and faculty members should still be able to access their voicemail off site if you need to leave a message with someone for review. Instructions for accessing your voicemail can be found on our IT website Cisco Telephone System | Faculty | MU Information Technology.

Please note that this outage is limited to the Henry Regional Academic Center only. All other Mercer University centers and campuses remain unaffected. We are working closely with the provider to restore services as quickly as possible and will share updates once more information is available.
